"The front desk girl was wonderful. Quick and pleasant check in. However, our king bed room we booked was obviously being used or squatted. We unlocked the door to an obviously in use room. She was confused herself because the system said it was available. The "upgrade" was 2 queen beds. The room was much more run down than the one we walked into. The hotel itself was run down, but it did appear as though they are working on it a little at a time. The staff and entry were good. Beds were comfortable and we slept well which is the important thing. We were just staying over on the way to South Carolina. "

"My car was damaged by the valet at my stay here in September. I reported it to Hilton and filed a claim a month later. Called for months to try and get help with the situation. Only to be told that too much time had lapsed and I hadn’t filed a claim, when I absolutely did! Hilton took no responsibility for this not an I’m sorry here’s where to take your car to be fixed, here’s a free stays to help make things right. I received nothing from them in any way except a headache. When I arrived this trip I was told they no longer offer valet they’ve had so many issues with it!! I’ve stayed here several times and it is always a very nice hotel with clean, safe, nice rooms, this time was different. We were placed in a room that looked like it was mangled. That’s why I gave it a lower score and I’m still upset over my car! "

"Bathroom metal fixtures were rusty. Bathroom shower had a dirty towel in it. Bathroom plaster pealing . Metal door frames rusty. Cobwebs on all the ceilings. Breakfast was not good. No baccon, sausage. Never stay again!"

"Was not the cleanest place I have ever stayed. One outside door was broken and leaning on wall inside stairwell, so stairwell to inside rooms was completely accessible to anyone. We were originally given a room on the second floor and neither of the keys worked to open the door. My husband had to go down twice to try and have the keys fixed while our children and I camped out in the hallway with all of our baggage. After the second attempt to repair and keys still did not open door, we were moved to a different room on the first floor. Not a huge deal, but it was after midnight and we were very tired after driving 15 plus hours on our way back from Florida. Staff was very apologetic and kind. "
