"The breakfast menu was excellent, the staff attention was unique and personalized. We sense that the attendances really care for the customers and ready to any particular suggestions. I was in Bogotá for a dental procedure, and was a delicate situation; and all staff without exception were very attentive, and they cook to my needs in this particular situation. I can't name everyone but Vanessa , Juliana, Julian, Daniel, Andres, Luis, Carlos, all of them become like family. We appreciate the nice attention we got . Thank you . "Everything was excellent "

"We booked a superior room specifically for the air conditioning, but unfortunately the room never cooled properly. We had experienced a similar issue during a previous stay but decided to give the hotel another chance because the food was good and the gym was adequate. Unfortunately, the issue persisted. We reported it the next morning, and although someone came to assist, it was not resolved. That evening, the temperature remained the same. We were eventually moved to another room late at night, which also had the same issue, and were then offered a different room at an additional charge. As a result, we were unable to sleep comfortably during our stay. We addressed this with staff multiple times, including at checkout, but no resolution was provided. Aside from the air conditioning issues and lack of resolution, the food was good and the gym was adequate, which we appreciated."

"I definitely will stay there if go back to Bogota. Just a couple of suggestions: Please have a coffee stand table at no cost for the guests . The one in the room is just one small cup. Not enough for coffee lovers. Also a bench at the main entrance because usually the guest order a taxi or Uber and do not have to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Thank you!"
