"We had a wonderful stay at Jaco Laguna Resort and Beach Club! We really enjoyed the resort and its beautiful beachside location! The property was well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They booked excursions for us, making it so much easier for us to experience the area without having to worry about organizing everything ourselves. We rented their bikes and explored Jaco. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay at Jaco Laguna Resort & Beach Club again!"

"The staff and employees truly made our experience exceptional. The company should recognize just how important its people are to the success of the business. Any time we had any major concerns (and we had a couple), it was addressed immediately, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. What stood out most was how committed they were to providing an outstanding guest experience. This included the housekeeping team, manager, bell staff, restaurant and bar personnel, pool staff, spa and massage team, as well as Mitchell, Adam, Marcus, Massiel, Roy, Tony, and other teams member. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering excellent service.Because of the people who work here, we will absolutely return. They made a lasting impression and were the reason our stay was so enjoyable."
