"Communication was bad prior to our stay. We messaged them and they never got back to us. Check in was extremely slow and so was check out - the staff kept getting distracted and didn’t process our requests efficiently. Other than that the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and attentive and remembered us for breakfast. The pool was good and the loungers over the pool were great. "

"The room was not at all clean, the bathroom was even worse. There was a lot of construction going on in other rooms for us not to sleep. We also saw a lizard on our towels when coming back into the room. "
