"I had a terrible experience at the property the staff was terrible and not helpful it seem like they were vex and unprofessional I won’t recommend this hotel to my friend or family food was kinda ok but not much to choose from u had to wait a long period to get drinks over all I don’t think they should consider this as an all inclusive it don’t wort it"

"Our hotel room were suppose to be side by side , I originally booked two rooms one room ,one bed and one room two beds but all they had at the time were two rooms with two beds which we did not want . I personally call before and advise on what we will like to have so our rooms were not separated . All the had were separated rooms which were not bad because it was just few doors down . The hotel is clean , friendly staff great parking , beautiful pool area food delicious but our best part is receiving a call from there assistant manager/ manager Natasha who came over during our breakfast and meet with us in regards to our rooms being separated . She was very very professional extremely nice she gave us a complementary lunch with drinks .Not forgetting she even let us do a late check out . We will definitely be going back next year when we vist . Thanks Natasha see you soon"

"This property is beautiful at the beach front and the lobby is very inviting. The buffet looks beautiful and the views are amazing however…there is the staff and the rooms. The room was moldy and old. The sliding door was broken and very difficult to lock. The staff overall is horrible. From front desk people speaking in whisper tones so you cannot hear them, others not being helpful or friendly. The buffet staff were particularly rude…there were barely 20 reservations at the entire property However, the hosts insisted that we (2 of us) sit at a small 2 seat table while the rest of the room was never at 25% capacity….needless to say I ALWAYS sat at a larger 4 top table for my own comfort and relaxation. Stop subjecting your patrons to this unnecessary torture and ridiculous demands. BTW- I was the only person who tipped the incompetent waiters (American standards)."

"the front desk personel were very helpful and pleasent. the concierge desk lady was rude and did not seem to care about assisting us with their advertised paid property tour. she clearly did not care who i was. i would not let rude staff member affect the other great staff and change my option to consider the hotel for another stay. our room was far from the restaurant and i asked to upgrade at our cost however there were no rooms available. seemed untrue as there were very little cars and people on this huge property. this hotel and property has alot of potential and wish to see it be better"

"I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities. The food was honestly terrible and the menu options were extremely limited. On top of that, most of the staff outside of the front desk were not helpful or welcoming at all. The front desk employees were the only positive part of the experience. What shocked me most was that I couldn’t even get a simple glass of water at the resort. There was no water provided in the room, and I actually had to leave the property just to buy water elsewhere. For a resort, that level of service is unacceptable. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations or price, and I would not stay here again."
