"Our experience with the hotel staff was excellent — they were professional, courteous, and helpful in every way. The location was ideal, conveniently situated next to a BTS station, a mall, and a Tops grocery store. The bed was very comfortable, with soft bedsheets and a cozy comforter that made our sleep restful and soothing."

"I stayed on the 17th floor Club room and it has everything we needed and more. The Panpuri brand of shampoo, conditioner and soap was excellent. I bought Panpuri items to take home.
The Club Lounge staff were responsive to our needs and the food spread was great.
The hotel location is another plus - short walk to Pratunam Market, Playinum Mall and CentralWorld."
