Las almohadas y sábanas me gustaron, no tanto el colchón, demasiado suave para mi gusto. Incluye implementos de cocina y cocina completa, lavadora y secadora. "Había una actividad en el rancho y me avisaron al final ya no podía conseguir espacio en otro lado. El parqueo estaba lleno. Al final se resolvió. En la mañana nos despertó maquinaria de construcción en la propiedad de al lado. Había un olor horrible y nos dijeron que era el volcán. La propiedad es pequeña pero bien equipada. En la ducha casi no salía agua difícil ducharse."

"Very hard to find, then when you finally get there it’s not marked—looks like a house, and then they send you to another location. And finally, when we got to our room, we were told the water would be shut off from 10-4am., but they would provide a gallon of water. But they didn’t bring the water and the waiter was shut off before 10. Then they finally brought some water. The room had lots of closet space and bathroom had a lot of places to set things. The shower was cold only."

"El hotel está genial, súper cómodo. Ideal para arrivo/partida hacia/desde SJO. La habitación es muy bonita, amplia, la cama muy cómoda, así como almohadas y sábanas. Cuenta con refrigerador, escritorio, cafetera y una pequeña área de descanso. El desayuno es completo, de mejor calidad que en otros hoteles en los alrededores. Localizado contiguo a un gran centro comercial cerquita del aeropuerto, cuentan con shuttle ida y vuelta al mismo sin coste. El único detalle en contra es que la inclinación del piso de la ducha hacia el desagüe es mínima, por lo que el agua indefectiblemente termina regándose por todo el baño (saludos al estudio de ingenieros y arquitectos que la diseñó)."
