The room was not cleaned only the bed made. No trash in trash cans were removed etc. Some staff were kind and others were very rude. Alex was great to answer all our questions and concerns We did have a couple issues with the fride hamdle.and the dront of a drawer falling off and there was hair and sand.in a couple bed drawers, but besides that the place was beautiful.
