The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Amazing oasis in the historic center of city. The mature tree canopy and hedge offers a resort feel but you are just a few blocks from the train station, cable car, upscale shopping, and incredible historical sites in the pedestrian area of the city. The pool was a perfect way to relax and refresh after a day of siteseeing or hiking. There are so many little touches that exude high quality design-- from the in-room Marshall speaker to the yoga mat to the reading material near the pool and sauna/gym area. I felt like I was at a wellness resort in a very well-run city hotel."

"Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. Very good hotel, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Pools were amazing and very well maintained. Will definitely visit again and will recommend to other travellers visiting the dolomites."
