We couldn’t get in. The box with the key was broken. Only after an hour the box would open. Personal from Wien changed the room for us so we could get a key from the other key box. It would be a good idea to have a spare key somewhere.

First of all, the most inconvenient thing was that there was no reception. The hotel left a contact number, but I did not answer the phone and did not even call back. I stayed for 6 days, but there was no hot water for 2 days, and the plumbing was so old that rust was coming out. I have visited this area many times for business, but this was the worst, and if I visit this area again next time, I will definitely choose this place as my last choice when other hotels are unavailable.
I booked a double room where I could work on my laptop, but it was not reflected.
If you look at the water, you will see black rust.
I use a travel shower head with a filter and at first it was pure white and then it changed to this.

Self check in went horribly wrong. Property did not email the security code to enter the building. Called the “emergency” contact number, no answer! Waited outside the building until a helpful young man staying at the property alerted the housekeeping of our problem. Maria came down, verified we were legitimate and let us in. Took awhile to get access code and key to room, but Maria was very professional and resolved the matter. Maria gets the 5 stars!

Kein Personal. Der Gast übernimmt Anmeldung/Abmeldung. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Das Hotel hat einige Reinigungskräfte morgens. Es gibt kein Servicepersonal vor Ort. Telefonisch konnte ich morgens niemand erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, funktionell und zweckmäßig.

Zimmer vernachlässigt, licht hat nicht funktioniert, badezimmerlüftung sehr laut. Morgens in der früh kam die Reinigungsfachkraft ohne Vorankündigung einfach in das Zimmer geplatzt. Das Hotel hat sich auf Nachfragen per email entschuldigt.
