"Good morning, In my opinion, having the TV on in the entry lobby would improve the overall atmosphere. Additionally, the A/C should be running, as it gets very hot in that area. The current environment at the entrance is not very welcoming. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and I truly believe these small details—such as having the TV on, ensuring proper air conditioning, and turning on the electric chimney—would make a significant difference in the guest experience. Thank you for your attention to these details."

"First room the TV and A/C was not working. I asked to switch rooms same thing TV channels not working and a noisy room. Called front desk they said that they would send someone over to fix TV and never came."

"Everything was good, the only thing that ay have improvement is the breakfast they offer. The line get really long and slow since they only have two persons doing everything. There was only one waiter that was running all over the place trying to keep everything in order on his own. "
