"We had a wonderful 4 night stay! The travel time to the island was very lengthy when you take into consideration your flight, transportation from the airport to the Holbox ferry (took us approx 2.5 hours) and then the ferry ride itself (about 20 minutes). It ended up being around a 14 hour travel day for us by air, shuttle, ferry and side by side! So very worth it. The villas were adorable, the only issue with us was our villa was upstairs and the stairs were difficult for my older mother (no elevators in resort). The staff was amazing, room was impeccably clean, food was fantastic and the entire villa was well groomed daily. Walking distance to the beach and downtown was doable, side by side taxis were available within minutes to take you into town if you did not want to walk in the heat. I would give 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone!"

"The breakfast was very good. Otherwise, the photos do not do it justice as it smells like a sewer in most parts of the property due to broken pipes, and the beach is non-existent, the water is brown and there is a fence, no beach. Very deceiving. This might be a Holbox issue but either way it does not look anything like this in the photo."

"Lovely stay! Clean room, great staff, beach view was great. Bar had a good selection of cocktails but could have more wine variety. No lift, only stairs so tricky with luggage but not impossible. "

"What a truly wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect, a place where all the staff know your name and can’t do enough to help you. The sort of place you make a real connection with. The location is special at the end of the resort and where imo the beach is best (although it’s all beautiful). The room was spacious and comfortable, little extras like evening dessert treats, sunset drink at the beach etc. Very nice cocktail list and restaurant food was excellent quality."

Location: The private beach was amazing, with crystal-clear water and spectacular grounds. The hotel merges beautifully with nature, offering plenty of shaded seating, beach beds, and loungers that can be adjusted for sun or shade. The pool was wonderful to lounge by and was never crowded and always easy to relax. Rooms: We stayed in the Presidential Suite with a loft and two bedrooms, which was perfect for my spouse and our two teenagers. There was lots of space to gather as a family while still having privacy. The bathrooms and toiletries were luxurious, the beds were dreamy, and the balcony—with its hammock and table with chairs—was one of my favourite places to unwind. Aldea Kuka was perfect in all ways!!"
