Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. "Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."
