"Giuseppe and Meko were beyond Outstanding. Made us feel at home. I got lost and Giuseppe came with his car and we followed him to the parking area and then he took us and our luggage to the hotel. You couldn’t ask for better service. The room was very clean and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff at the breakfast were so friendly and welcoming. The food for breakfast was like home made. The cookies were delicious. One of the breakfast staff made them herself. It was a wonderful stay and will return. I recommend this hotel for all to enjoy. "

We stayed here with friends and family as a wrap up event behind a full week of travel throughout Sicily visiting all of the major cities & sites, then time in Contessa Entellina for an ancestral pilgrimage. The facilities, pools, beach, spa and staff were all exceptional. "Fantastic hotel and service, staff are very friendly and professional. We had a great stay. We went at end of August 2025. Three minor comments on the property (1) the pool was very cold - too cold for our kids - would be good if there was temperature control (2) a regular shuttle into town would be good, we hired a car but if there was a regular shuttle on an evening it would be better; (3) the beach resort was a long way, I wouldn’t bother with this if I was managing the hotel - it was wasn’t worth the effort and again the shuttle times are extremely limited, would feel trapped down there without a car."

"Lovely hotel. Private beach was perfect, really easy shuttle to the beach. Lovely pool area. Espresso machine in room was great. Dinner in the hotel was also amazing! The only thing we would have liked was easier access to the snack bar at the pool for drinks etc. we had to try and find a member of staff and found the opening times for snack bar, lunch restaurant, dinner restaurant and bar quite confusing. "
