"I didn’t like being in an inside room. There was no window to the outside, only one to the atrium. And because we shared a door with another room, it was very noisy when they came in late. The front desk people were excellent."

"I did expected better but I was so disappointed starting at the check-in process (too long ) long waiting period, long line and one one staff, no AC in the small waiting room. We got to room ,no towels ,the staff came later on to drop the towels, opened the door without knocking first. Poor customer service overall! Mediocre facility. "

"I had a very pleasant stay at Campanile PRIME Lyon Centre Gare Part Dieu. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station, which made arrivals and departures very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well designed for a city stay. No refrigerator for anyone who needs that. What stood out most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Raphaelle, Manuel, and so many of the others were especially helpful and friendly, and their warmth made a real difference after long travel days. I did not have the full breakfast during my stay. I had seen a takeaway breakfast option listed online, but when I inquired at the restaurant, it did not appear to be available. It may be helpful to clarify that offering for future guests. Overall, I found this to be a convenient and welcoming place to stay in Lyon and would consider it again for future visits."
