"Nothing to write home about. Basic accommodations. Bed was fairly comfortable with attractive room. AC and Heating buttons were missing so impossible to adjust. Somewhat shabby outside physical appearance. Cold breakfast. Unhealthy Coffeemate creamer for coffee which itself was ok. Adequate and safe appearing parking right outside one’s door. The television and room phones were not working and staff indicated this was a common problem. Really? Was overpriced for such minimal offerings. Would not recommend."

"The person at desk couldn't log into the computer when we got there so it was a 45 wait just to begin to check in the line. No one could help her. We reserved a "queen suite" and I was informed at the desk that they don't even know why they advertise that bc they do not even have a queen bed in the building anywhere in any room! There was diarrhea on the wall in the bathroom. Every wall had stains on them of some kind. It was filthy and smelled bad. I checked out within 2 hours after I finally got checked in. I can never stay at another Choice Hotels place again. Awful. Hotels.com should be aware of where they are booking people. Wow."
