"Set on a working farm in beautiful countryside with far reaching views. The property was lovely & clean & contained everything needed for a relaxing stay. A very comfortable bed, a lovely shower with plenty of hot water & the property was lovely & warm. There was plenty if onsite parking. "This is a lovely hotel, just in need of some TLC. My advice would be to not stay in room 23 - it was in a very odd place in the hotel, dark and under staff accommodation and they were very noisy. Not a lot of sleep was had. Apart from that, the hotel was great. Food was ok, coffee machine made great coffee. Best thing was the staff - they were lovely. Made us feel so welcome. Would stay here again in one of the main house rooms on the first floor."

"Clean room, helpful staff and a nice breakfast selection. Slightly understaffed at times, but Liam saved the day. A nice guest lounge but not large enough for the guests wishing to enjoy an after dinner drink, chat or the garden view. And the bar is poorly positioned next to the kitchen and the far end of the dining/breakfast room."

"First impression of the hotel at check-in was exceptional- Stephen was very welcoming and friendly, and we knew it was going to be an incredible stay! In fact, encounters with the staff from bartender, restaurant and housekeeping were all friendly, engaging, and positive. The location was serene and relaxing with incredible 360-degree views of mountains and pastures! Inside, there were several cozy areas to relax and unwind. I would also recommend booking a dinner reservation for fine dining as the food was incredible (2AA Rosette) and the ambience as well, with large windows to enjoy the surroundings! Highly recommend this hotel! (Party of 5)"
