"The hotel was okay, but not as nice as it looks in the pictures. The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Check-in got off to a rough start, though. Our first room wasn't ready, and we only found out after we'd already gone in with all our bags. They gave us a new room, but we had to haul everything back down to the front desk to get the new key. The new room was also on a lower floor and didn't have as nice a view as the one we were first assigned. The staff handled it kindly, but it would have been much better to know about the room before we went upstairs. It was a decent stay overall, just not quite what we expected."
