Horrendous experience and stay

I would discourage anyone from staying here, especially if you’re a foreigner tourist. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable during our stay because there was no manager or security on the premises. This allowed for belligerently drunken guests to party until past midnight. The guests yelled out racial slurs and were cursing at us for speaking to the one guard for some problem solving, and there was nothing done about this. There was no one to fix the problem at night and the next morning, the hotel was unaware of what happened the night before and didn’t take any measures or responsibility for that matter.

Habitaciónes con un buen estándar, al registrar bien con amabilidad, al hacer checkout pésima atención y hasta ahora estoy esperando la manera de hacer reservación y la exigencia de una garantía por posibles daños está fuera de razón, ya que al salir no hay quien revise esos posibles daños, el checkout es a las 11am y lo checas hasta después de las 12, y la garantía la abonan según prometen en una semana , anuncian desayuno y te dan un vale para un establecimiento con surtido raquítico que están lejos de ofrecer un desayuno aceptable, olvidamos una bolsa afuera de la habitación y la encontramos en recepción sin faltante, por lo anterior existen cosas buenas( instalaciones) y claro obscuro en la atención en recepcion( bien al ingresar y pésimo al salir ) estoy en la industria hotelera de alto nivel y esa es mi opinión de esta estancia ..

Hotel Parvada es sin duda la mejor opción de Parras, siendo un complejo nuevo el hotel esta en excelentes condiciones con una arquitectura preciosa que te hace sentir en un lugar vinícola de alta gama y moderno. el personal es de primer nivel, siempre con buena cara y atentos a si se te ofrece algo. Tomamos una cata de vino y el enólogo y somelier la verdad que excelente nivel de conocimiento, resolvió todas las dudas ademas de ser muy amable con el grupo. En general Parvada es 10 de 10 la experiencia, el unico tema es que sí es algo caro pero se nota en los detalles.

La limpieza deja mucha que desear, no había desayuno suficiente para todos los huéspedes. La habitación no aisló el ruido exterior. En general no hubo un buen servicio, nunca se nos ofreció bebida o alimento. Sus instalaciones son buenas pero por lo todo lo anterior no vale la pena el precio.
