"Lovely welcoming staff, ever ready to help with a smile. So felt very welcome from the start. Despite run down surroundings of hotel, inside is pleasant and clean. And sufficient free parking on site. Fish and chips meal in evening was nice although small portion. Breakfast was good but not enough vegetarian options. Extremely great location to be near airport. "

"To be honest I was quite disappointed due to an unpleasant smell coming from the room, I booked a few hours before flying and the images that were online didn’t represent what room I actually got, I did report the smell to the staff at the desk who wrote down and raised the issue with the workers but nothing was done about it, it was a smell coming from the bathroom that had a frowsy smell. The balcony view was toward other flats and blocks not ideal if you want to unwind."

"One night stay, staff were brilliant at answering all queries, taking us to train station, beach and airport, all included in the stay! Knowledge of local area was fab, even writing down what stops we needed for the train and how much/where to pay etc! We had breakfast and and evening meal, neither were paid for during booking and both were reasonable We booked for my daughter’s birthday and left a note saying this on booking in the comments box, when we arrived every staff member we met wished her a happy birthday! Pool warm which was lovely as were used to ice cold pools, our room overlooked the pool which was a perfect location to see the sea miles away too"

"Nice hotel but it certainly needs a refresh. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and brunch. Comfy room, even it was really basic, we would have appreciated more amenities. We didn’t like the auto checkin process: very complicated, room key code not working, we needed to ask for a physical key… honestly, technology won’t replace human contact, empathy, kindness and human problem solving in front desk services. "

"Hotel is close to airport, 10mins in taxi. The roof top area is amazing, plenty of space to relax in the sun before getting flight home. The pool was cold, but refreshing. The restaurant was brilliant, reasonable price and food tasty and good selection. They had a selection of wines and spirits too. The rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the Spanish sunshine. All staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. "

"Hotel is located near airport, 10 minute ride. Take uber, taxi was expensive. Friendly staff, very convenient if you board a cruise next day. 😊"
