"We booked purely as an overnight stop on a long drive towards Calais. It was a short walk to the old town (albeit 285 steps up if you walk!). Super clean, really helpful lady at reception. Superb breakfast at a pretty low £ rate. Don’t be fooled by thinking overall price is low and therefore quality will be reflected. It was an excellent deal and we’d stay again if in the area! Good choice of eateries nearby - we chose Brasserie le Duc a 10 minute walk away (on the level) Fully recommended too!"

"I enjoyed my night here. The reception guy was really helpful. There’s a restaurant/diner next door where they have 15% discount. It was practical and much better than the B&B Hotel which I mistakenly booked for the following week."

"Hotel best western very hotel in a good location We stayed for one night, the hotel communal area was a little warm, but it was a heatwave the A/C was very cool in the room, but our unit rattled a little, but not a huge problem. Our room was large with a large bathroom and amazing shower very quiet rooms. Parking opposite the hotel was easy to park in and convenient for the hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly small bar are. The hotel was very close to the town centre, a short walk up the hill, with plenty of shops restaurants and cafes."
