"A hotel that clearly caters to American sensibilities. - Each room had great air conditioning - there is an ice machine in the lobby - breakfast is a blend of French and American tastes The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is located near the cathedral square, and within walking distance of the main streets of the town."

"We stayed at this hotel in late June. Google search indicated the hotel had air-conditioning. However, on arrival there is a sign indicating there was no air-conditioning. It was 38° when we checked in in our room. We did have a small fan however it was very hot. I would recommend staying in this hotel in the months that are not summer. It is very cute and quaint on the great street property is very nice."

"The property overall has a child friendly lobby. The breakfast is decent. The room size was okay. The only issue is the cleaning crew was not diligent to make sure that the hand soap dispenser is out. As well, I noticed that they do not clean the floor of the toilet room, which was separated from the bathroom."

"The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast options were just fair, the rooms were not air conditioned and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable compared to other 4 star hotels! Also the layout of our room was terrible. The toilet was in a separate room and you had to go up a step and through 2 doors."
