"Expedia and accomodation did not communicate about my booking and date changes
Had to pay again when I arrived at the location.

Staff are exceptional!
I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby.
Other staff are always trying to be helpful.
Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder. "
"The room is a bit smaller than we expected. We had 2 mid sized luggages and 2 people. It was spotless. Love the ability to open the window for fresh hair.
No coffee maker or fridge. Not sure how they could fut one really.
Linda, up front, was The Rock Star. She was super friendly, a wealth of information around for the surrounding area, shared her figs (fruit) with us, and was very kind. We got you Linda!! Cooperate will hear about you."

"Our room was a good size and was confortable. The room and hotel interior was aged a bit, but still nice. The restuarant at the hotel had great food, but make a reservation ahead of time. It's a small town, but there some good restaruants around and in reasonable walking distance."
