"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of years. About 3 months ago I noticed the cleanliness and condition of the rooms declining. This weekend it was very dirty. Nobody cleaned behind the bathroom door and the hallway needed vacuuming. I don’t leave reviews often and I’m not picky, but this was disappointing."

"My review is based upon disappointing housekeeping services. I was asked upon check in for my 2 night stay if I wanted housekeeping service. I said yes please. I was very disappointed to come back to the room in the evening to find no service has been performed. AND when I called down to the front desk to ask for clean towels I was informed I needed to bring down my dirties to be exchanged!!! That is extremely poor service. No, I will not stay here again and it is highly unlikely that I will consider staying at a Best Western in the future."

"The bathroom was dirty, toilet had not been cleaned. Drywall was falling off the walls to the floor. Knobs to the dressers and tables were not attached and sitting inside the drawers. The beds were on a cot type bed frame. There were intoxicated people hanging around outside the main office. This place was absolutely disgusting, filthy and did not make us feel safe."
