"The facility was clean, furnished tastefully but simply, with very modern bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, easy walk to Centro. No breakfast is included and there is no coffee machine in the room. While there are phone contacts available, there is no physical presence of any staff (except for cleaning), and entrance and exit are all done digitally. "Perfect location in Parma, right across from key historical sights and near excellent dining and wine bars. Beautiful old palazzo - AC had a hard time keeping up with the extreme heat but otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette was an added bonus. Very friendly staff, including help with difficult reservations. Highly recommend overall!"

"Great location outside of the ZTL zone in Parma if you have a car. just a couple of blocks away from the center. Huge and comfortable room for 3 with good towels, water, coffee maker and AC. Nice lobby and facilities. Amazing breakfast with lots of variety of yogurts, fruit, pastries and bread and a really neat induction stove with pans to make your own eggs, I never seen that before in a hotel. Pretty cool. Parking was an additional $15 but convenient. Would definitely recommend it."

"Slightly dated but had a nice feel. Marble, physical room keys and large wardrobe took me back. We had a large junior suite at a reasonable price. Separate double sink area and toilet, bidet, bath and shower. 15 minute walk through the park and over the bridge to the centre of town. OK for us but not so good for less mobile. Free soft drinks from mini bar if you skip room cleaning. One strange thing was that turning off lights by the bed also turned off the USB and mains sockets so phone did not charge overnight."
