"The staff at The Bel Air Hotel is very kind and goes out of their way to help."

"The staff were very professional and kind."

"The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable. Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers."

"Great hotel"

"Regency is very well located. The breakfast is very nice and well presented. I would recommend for tourists and business people"

"This is a great place to stay if you’re a bachelor. The room was relatively clean but bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. On the plus side great uninterrupted flow of water for both bath and toilet. Bed was clean, room was spacious. Fridge works. However, the AC was not working properly so room was hot and uncomfortable . Julien is a nice guy and friendly. Price was good for the stay but due to the AC not working, I left one day earlier."

"Staff went out of their way to make my stay Pleasant especially the breakfast and front desk staff."

"Very nice stay, big rooms, universal plugs"
