"My stay was disappointing due to poor service. Housekeeping was non-existent—they gave us cleaning supplies instead of cleaning the room. They also charge extra for coffee refills, which felt unreasonable. The hammam only worked for one of the three days we were there. To make matters worse, I was double-charged and had to call five times, waiting over a week to get my money back. The reception was almost always empty, making it hard to address issues. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless...

"Booked last minute for a 1-day ski trip, we loved this place. Great amenities, wonderful super friendly staff, continental breakfast was awesome (especially if you’re used to US continental bfast…). Incredible Gym area downstairs and lockers to store your ski gear (even after you checkout!). Only thing missing was a spa/hottub!! "

"Hotel in nicht mehr so gutem Zustand, Hallenbad/Sauna entgegen Angaben nicht verfügbar, check-in dauerte .... ... da zuerst niemand an der Reception, auch auf Klingeln keine Reaktion, und anschliessend die Buchung nicht gefunden wurde. Personal wirkt eher unfreundlich und abweisend. Zimmer ok und sauber, Lage gut. Schade, daraus wäre mehr zu machen."

Natürlich alles entsprechend teuer ;-) Wir haben draussen parkiert und konnten aufgrund der Eisfläche die sich gebildet hatte nicht mehr wegfahren. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter hat uns sofort geholfen und uns innert 3 Minuten aus dem Parkplatz gezogen."
