"Everything was good and clean, staff was cool but the walls are so thin. You can hear everybody having sex and playing music, coughing and snoring through the night plus the bar out front people make a lot of noise at night. "

"The room was perfect. The check in process was very overwhelming, they lock up at night and you can’t get in. Was stuck outside in the pouring rain for over 20 min. I called the number but don’t speak Spanish so the older gentleman at the desk hung up on me. I had to get someone to call for me and put them on speaker to talk to him before being able to get in. I was one of 2 stuck outside in the rain unable to get in. Nowhere on your booking does it say you can’t check in in the evening. Throughout the stay the older gentleman at the front desk was so incredibly rude. But the younger gentleman was so kind and helpful. The lights stay off in the stairwells and hallways and are motion sensored, but the sensors only work sometimes. So a few times I was going up or down 3 flights of stairs in the pitch black. Don’t think i would stay here again. "

"The Spa was advertised but had closed down The gym is advertised but the equipment has not been maintained and a number of items were not working. The rooms are satisfactory. The TV was ancient and had only basic channels The bath/shower was ok just"

"It was clean but far from city and no decent pablic transport around. I regret choosing there.they dont provide tea or hot water during stay other than breakfast time."
