"Worst stay ever. Had it not been non refundable I would’ve left after the first night. We checked in and after getting kids settled realized the room was less than clean and lacking in basic items such as bath towels. House keeping watched me set out wet towels and then proceed to still leave them after I mentioned something to the front desk. The breakfast was horrible. The pool area had construction materials and garbage all over in addition to a broken pool ladder. When the toilet clogged I was given a plunger to go up to the room with. The stairs were closed due to construction. The elevator and lobby bathroom both smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Multiple times we needed an employee and they were difficult to find and ended up being in a corner on their phones. When I brought all of this to their attention at checkout I was told “you could’ve stayed somewhere else”. "

"Front desk was impossible to reach to address noise issue with other guests for over 4 hours. I couldn’t physically leave the room to go to the front desk in the middle of the night due to being alone with a young child in/out of sleep all night. Horrible smell in the room and hall (sewage) the entire stay. Hot tub was out of order. The restaurant wasn’t open on a Friday evening. The pool area was filthy with chewed gum and used bandaids in several areas. The room had trash present in the corner and a bathroom that didn’t look to be cleaned. The stopper in the bathtub also did not work preventing my young child from taking a bath. It was an overall terrible stay."

"I enjoyed the staff working at the hotel except one employee. She smelled like alcohol all the time, was grumpy, and rude at the front desk. The rooms look old but were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook, clean, and store items. Do recommend more cabinet space for those who stay there on a monthly basis. Recommend putting poop bags out in the area where dogs go potty. The area is full of poop and garbage. Somewhat clean area around the outside of the hotel. Could use some stray garbage pick up in some areas outside. Locks on doors need updated and fixed. Sometimes cards don't work on doors. Also poor keys. Always having to go to the front desk to get the keys reprogrammed. Housekeeping is fantastic! Always making sure your room is cleaned and that all guests have toiletries. Overall I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars."

"Stayed there for a concert at the war coliseum. Not a far drive and plenty of restaurants."
