Overall, this was a pleasant stay at the Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton. Best Western St. Louis-Kirkwood Route 66
Commons area very nice, breakfast was fine. Rooms: fine for sleeping, electrical outlets problematic, TV difficult to use. Bathroom was not great, tub actually hazardous, hot water shortage. Location of facility is almost perfect for tourism.

We booked a two bedroom for three people and the 2nd bedroom didn't have a bed! Contacted property, which was very responsive, but they couldn't do anything since we booked through Hotels. com
