The number on the photo and in reality are different. the carpet is old and smelly, the bed is not big, there is industrial noise in the windows, there is no air conditioning. we stayed in the room for 3 hours and my wife said that we can’t sleep here, got into the car, drove another 300 kilometers and spent the night in a small town. Hotel Victoria is not 4 stars, but a maximum of 2 or 1 "

We recieved a number from hotles.com platform to call if we don't recieve any information before the check in to the apartment, but after calling that number we came in contact with the apartment owner and everything was...
