Oh my, what can i say about the staff at this location. Every one of them are jewels!!! If you ever have to be broke down on Christmas day this is the place to be. The staff went above and beyond to help us get ba k on the road.

The gym was good. My niece used it each day of our stay. I myself looked at it as I passed by. The staff was friendly and noticed were were a quickly little group, so they played off that. Gave great suggestions on what to see and do. The place was very clean (and I am a clean freak). Other customers were a nice mix of travelers and people working in the area. We were there to see the elephants in Hugo. I can say the trip was a nice one with lots of laughter and silliness. Your hotel helped us enjoy our little trip.
