O quarto estava cheio de poças de água (água da chuva entrou no quarto) pedi para trocar e não tinham disponibilidade. Bastante sujeira e bichos (teias de aranha com bichos mortos) pernilongos, cortina suja. Muito barulho de máquina/ ar condicionado durante toda a noite. Não há serviço de quarto e poucas opções de delivery com demora para entrega. O café estava ok pelo valor da diária, mas bem simples. Precisam melhorar a estrutura e a limpeza as fotos não refletem a realidade.

A estadia foi mais do que esperado. Ótimo e rápido atendimento no Check-in e check-out, estacionamento amplo. Quarto e banheiro amplos, com tv, ar condicionado, camas confortáveis, lencóis, cobertores e travesseiros limpos e confortáveis. O café da manhã foi muito agradável em um local lindíssimo com vista para a natureza.Tudo que apreciamos estava sendo servido no buffet, e o café delicioso do jeito que amamos, forte!! Funcionários muito simpáticos. Eu e minha família recomendamos muito esse hotel. Valeu a pena! Parabéns aos colaboradores e à administração desse local.

O valor não condiz muito com a entrega. Torneira com goteira, frigobar barulhento, chuveiro só funciona no médio, café da manhã bem simples. Internet extremamente falho.
