"The property (building/room status) was fine, but the location was far from town resulting to a daily walk of aprx. 5km (under heat and humidity) since finding parking at Parga has the same chances of winning the lottery. In five days one change of towels/ sheets and no additional provision of soap/shampoo is unacceptable for an accomodation of this rate. Also the pre-payment of guarantee i.e. 50% of the total amount against the terms of Expedia was very peculiar too. Finally potential issues...

"The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. "The Hotel was very clean our rooms cleaned everyday ,air conditioning fridge and small cooker in the room and separate sink.We had a lovely view in the front of the hotel overlooking pool and beach.Marilly was particularly helpful and nothing was to much trouble would definitely stay again and one of the best locations in Lacca though a number of steps to get to your room should be taken into consideration if you have mobility problems."
