"Beautiful setting, lovely rooms. Staff are a bit clueless and indifferent- need way more training on customer service. We had dinner and breakfast and both were good."

"Beautiful hotel in gorgeous location overlooking the river. It was very quiet and peaceful. The service at the restaurant and bar could be improved. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. I would go again, but would eat dinner outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing!"

"Fabulous hotel - almost Belmond but not quite. Rooms are excellent (must comfortable beds with down pillows). Breakfast is superb. Pool service a bit sporadic but overall the staff were wonderful."
