"Absolutely the worst experience we ever had. No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. "The breakfast was ample and amazing. Service with all professionals was great. One younger person was rude and short on room phone when I asked one question about operating air conditioning, but I just went silent after the curt answer so it wouldn't matter who hung up on who. The world today. Anyway, setting up shuttles and other communication through Hotels.com was easy and prompt. Clear communication. Italy countryside was relaxing after vigorous vacay."
