Hotels near Parco di Pinocchio

"Lovely staff but felt like it was so far away from everything. 25 minute walk to train station. Beautiful views but no where near Mount Vesuvius. Great view of it. Hotel is very modern but very thin walls, didnt get the room we paid for but what we had was nice. Really weird though as you lay in bed and had a big glazed window looking directly into the shower and toilet. Breakfast was pastries and coffee. Not much choice as it was a single type of croissant. Too far out for local amenities, lovely guy on reception. Just felt like a pet project to be cool and not quite there."

"Room was large but bare. Just a couple of chairs besides the bed made the space not flexible to use as a true ‘suite’. Heat hard to control. Had a big whirlpool tub, but small spigot meant it took a long time to fill. Room clean; housekeeping does a nice job. Desk staff friendliness mixed."

"Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. Just eggs boiled fried and scrambled,toast, sliced cheese and meat slices. Plus the didn't put fresh bedding just cleaned up. We went to 2 places that were closed because they didn't tell us if they were open or not and no offer of a taxi.the spa was nice just back 1 pair of slippers from the spa no other gifts paid €80 for 2 people to use the spa couldn't use the pool at the resort don't know why.so all in it wasn't great. The kettle was on top of a cupboard with no sockets near it. "

"We stayed here for two weeks because my daughter picked it. We love the hotel. The room was remodeled great. The bed was comfy. The linens was clean. The towels was clean. The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean and quiet. We loved everything about our stay here. The only negative I had was that it’s not really close to anything and transportation cost a lot to get around but that is not the hotel‘s fault. The hotel was perfect."

"The hotel is not a hotel is a spa and it was empy the entire building , the even one person after almost an hour i spent outside of the front dest wich was empy, no instructions were sent to my how to check inn , at the end i coundt did my check inn i leave the propertly and they charge for the 2 nights , i will not recomend to stay in this place ever"
