No elevator so you have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The room is small, but very comfortable and clean. "

    "The AC and toilet never worked, and the manager wanted us to stay in those conditions. The manager forcefully grabbed my friend's arm and led her to the AC unit, arguing that it worked. In addition to her rude manners, she displayed a very aggressive attitude. A manager should resolve the guest's problem, not impose their point of view, much less with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I would never go back to a place like that."
