"As noted in previous reviews - the wifi was non-existent in my room and only worked in the dining room and reception. I am nonetheless rating this venue as excellent because the staff went out of their way to make me feel absolutely welcome."

Nice hotel but we did not get the room we booked.
"The hotel itself was beautiful, well maintained and clean. There's a nice bar/restaurant on the main floor. The room we booked (Exclusive Studio Suite) was not the one we got. The owner (?)/man at the front desk said that we paid for the Deluxe Double Room. I showed him the confirmation from hotels.com ..."
