"A refreshingly unique Hotel. Staff were super helpful, efficient and happy. Room was small but comfortable and had everything you could need. Kind of like living in a tiny house. Access to the bed on only one side could be challenging for those not so mobile. Lobby area was comfortable with options for working and relaxing. Food options were somewhat limited but tasty. Breakfast was exceptional. Location next to the airport was fantastic for our early flight. Would definitely stay again and search out Citizen Hotels in other Cities."

The staff was very warm and friendly on arrival and throughout the stay. The rooms were nicely laid out and very clean. "The room and general facilities were clean and comfortable, however a couple of updates could significantly improve the rooms. Utility connections for phones, computers, etc are out of date and really not compatible with modern devices. Also the carpet in the room was worn and stained and should be replaced. Otherwise, the room was very acceptable."
