Each of the staff we met and interacted with were happy and smiling and wished only to make our stay a good one. The private parking, which we booked in advance, was probably some of the most secure hotel parking we have ever had but be aware there are limited spaces so book ahead."

First room was better than the second which was rather quirky but OK. Not far from the Centre Ville station which was handy. "
