Easy parking and check-in. Property was advertised as having a laundry, was advised that this was a laundry service offered to guests, could not do our own. TV unit does not work well.

My room was clean. The Tv didn’t work, the fridge was a small makeup fridge not a bar fridge and the shower drain was blocked so flooded not just my bathroom but also my room and the hallway
