Very nice and charming hotel. The staff was fantastic. We had a chance to meet one of the owners and was so nice to understand his vision for this little hotel , it made our staying even better. Nossa estadia neste hotel foi ótima, pela primeira vez levamos nosso pet e a estrutura foi perfeita. Hotel limpo, bem planejado, perto de tudo. Café da manhã variado e restaurante do hotel muito bom. reservei um quarto com 2 camas uma de casal outra solteiro, qdo cheguei no quarto so tinha uma cama, não tinha cobertor, somente 1 edredon, nem interfone, tive que descer, o rapaz da recepção foi atencioso, ofereceu outro quarto, ja estavamos instaladas, entao não troquei, cedeu cobertores

Estadia bem básica

Receção ok, quarto limpeza ok, porém não tinha criado junto a cama, frigobar vazio, não tem interfone para falar com a recepçao (nunca ví isso em nenhum hotel) ou seja não existe serviço de quarto para este hotel, outra coisa estranha é que a pia do banheiro para escovar os dentes e lavar as mãos fica no quarto e não no banheiro, primeira vez que vejo isso também, ous seja bem basico para o preço que cobra, precisa melhorar.

Estadia foi boa! Mas o acolhimento da recepção poderia ser melhor! O corredor estava com cheiro de cigarro desde a noite anterior,no checkout fomos avisar e a surpresa veio, quando a moça da recepção nos disse que o alarme de incêndio ou de fumaça ficava desligado para não disparar,pq os hóspedes reclamavam quando isto acontecia,mas que não dava para confiar já que tinha alguém fumando ..,.ué para quer ter o alarme então ?? Outro ponto negativo a pia do banheiro ficava no quarto… Café da manhã simples mas gostosinho!

Cafe da manha adquado, porem todos os equipamentos estavam desligados antes do horario de termino do cafe. Quando pedimos para repor os ovos, quase nos arrenpendemos tamanha a ma vontade. Quartos limpos. Hotel moderno. Precisa atualizar a versao do software de cartao chave para evitar o erro que aconteceu!
