ENTRE ERROS & ACERTOS...

Os apartamentos atendem bem. Já os chalés deixam mto a desejar. Tive problemas com a descarga, torneira do chuveiro dava choque, porta do banheiro c/defeito e não há pontos de TV a cabo. Vc deve contar com a Internet do local quase sempre fraca e ter sua própria conta do YouTube/GloboPlay, etc. Café da manhã é otimo aos feriados e fins de semana, mas falha e fica regrado qdo há poucos hóspedes. Destaque vai para Duda ao servi-lo, atenciosa e solícita. Carol no receptivo tb é carinhosa c/mimos no quarto. Se esforçam,mas ainda há muito a ser feito pelo custo-benefício. Poderia ter ao menos serviço de meia-pensão. Ainda assim, é das melhores dentro do que Encantadas tem pra oferecer. Sem estrutura local.

Parabéns para a equipe!

Atendimento impecável da equipe da recepção, o lugar lindo, cuidado com carinho e atenção. Ficamos no chalé número 1, uma graça porém o banheiro apresenta problemas. O vaso sanitário solto, vazando na lateral com uma toalha tentando segurar o vazamento, e o box muito apertado. Tirando esses dois contratempos que são mais estruturais que operacionais, a pousada compensa pelo atendimento cordial e atencioso!

Atendimento impecável da Eliete e do Gilberto, sempre atentos à tudo e auxiliando quando necessário. O café da manhã é excelente, com tudo novinho e fresquinho e diversas opções, e fica bem próximo do trapiche.
