"First of all, upon checking-in the front desk staff informed me that my reservation did not include breakfast. Which I know I had booked inclusive of breakfast, I was asked to provide the evidence which I did immediately, and later asked to submit the information via email. I never received a response and has to inquire several times what is the status with my issue. At last I was informed that it was approved and my stay included breakfast (after inquiring about 8 times), however EVERY morning...
