"This hotel has potential, but unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several major issues. The first disappointment was the lack of basic amenities in the room. I don’t mean extras like an iron or coffee maker, but true essentials such as shampoo and conditioner. When I called the front desk, they confirmed that only soap is provided.
