"Room was clean, service was wonderful and super accommodating! The pool was nice to cool off during the hotter days in Thailand, and the hotel was also conveniently located near shops and atms and food vendors. "

"An absolutely excellent hotel with amazing staff. Great location in the center of a bustling shopping and restaurant scene. Arin, a bell captain, made us feel welcome and almost made it more like coming home to a friend when returning from one of our tours. Amelia, working in the Blue Spice restaurant was so friendly and helpful that we returned to eat there many times. Absolutely great service. And the gym with rooftop pool were excellent."
"The entire experience from management to all the staff in ever corner of the hotel, while staying with our new friends at the Novotel in Bangna Bangkok was superb! Thanks!"
