"At first the customer service seemed very good. We got to the room and it had a dirty bathroom floor, garbage on the floor behind the bathroom door, needed a extra blanket for my granddaughter's crib to help her be more comfortable and was told that they did not know where they were but would try to provide a stained blanket when other staff came in. Because it was for a baby they were concerned that it would get stained so they would only provide one already stained. I ended up canceling my stay after a couple hours. "

They packed us breakfast to go for early morning excursion and let us borrow beach towels. Easy reservation, check in and check out. Was easy to navigate to even though it was off the beaten path. "
