"My room was very dingy. One cabinet in the bathroom was missing the handles and the wallpaper was ripped in the bathroom. The faucet was also loose. In the bedroom the paint on the bed was missing and there were black spots on the walls by the vents. The phone was also broken and we put in a ticket request that was never fulfilled. For the caliber of this hotel, I was disappointed with our room. "

"This is my wife’s new favorite Las Vegas resort! From checkin to departure the staff was amazing. The room was huge with a step down living room, 2 big screen TVs, and a fantastic view of The Sphere. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly. Bed super comfy! A bit noisy with the rollercoaster running 10am to midnight. Hallways Smokey smelling but not in the rooms. Restaurants nice! Disappointed that there wasn’t a fridge or microwave in the room-wasn’t aware that they needed to be requested. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would consider staying again (aside from the noisy rollercoaster-couldn’t escape it-it goes around the entire hotel)."

"There was no airport shuttle. The taxi was quick and friendly,the airport was helpful,friendly and clean and easy to follow directions."
