"Parking was safe and easy access,BUT claimed they had an inground pool which they didn't we call it false advertising as the website showed a pool in the pictures.Granted your only a block away from the beach but some people dont like salt water taste so if your looking for a pool look elsewhere in the area.Staff was pretty good but we had to ask for towels and wash rags as theyre were 3 of us staying.if you bring an electric rice cooker it will trip the breakers and theres no GCFI outlets so it's an older electric service not modern and you have to to reset the breaker.Was clean inside tho and no critters inside"

"Do not reserve here over Mothers Day weekend if you’d like peace, quiet, clean and pool/hot tub time. Due to baseball league tournaments on the Space Coast they are inundated with young kids and families.. at times 10-16 kids in the hot tub. Beach was littered with their garbage, towels, random lost items. The staff was amazing and gracious- cleaning constantly but just unable to keep up. I have stayed here 6+ times and have loved every visit - this weekend was horrid though. Was never able to get even close to the hot tub or pool without screaming, splashing boys or eventually at late evening - then to dirty pool and water. Great spot for the teams to stay. I’ll avoid this hotel next time at all costs. And had to pay $7.00 with tip just to get a cup of coffee in the morning which used to complimentary. Love the location, timing was bad. Staff are wonderful!"

"Coffee maker was filthy front desk replaced it immediately with a new one, the bathroom mirror lighting needed to be brighter, and there is peeling paint in the unit. Spectator oceanfront view and the staff provided excellent service. Check your receipt before leaving I was charged a breakfast that I didn’t have it was deducted after I complained no problem "
